The

Flat Holm Society

2004 News Letter (spring)

From the editorial team

It has been a privilege and a pleasure to compile the newsletter this year, a job not without its headaches as Tony and past editors will testify! As ever, there would not be a newsletter without articles, and this is where you, the members come in. We are already looking for contributions for next year's edition - who knows, if there are enough articles we may be able to do a second one this autumn!
Are you an ex-member of staff or volunteer with the Flat Holm Project? How about letting us know how you have got on since you left?
Is there a particular project or hobby (birdwatching, painting, photography, geology) that you have been involved with on the island and would like to share with others?
Do you have special knowledge or expertise in an aspect of the island's history, or folklore connected with plants and flowers to be found on the island?
We would be happy to consider any articles you have, and as you see from this year's newsletter, we also welcome photographs! Just post or e-mail your contribution to Tony Sharp, Secretary.
